Pakete über 80 kg werden mit der Spedition versandt. Ihre persönliche Empfangsbestätigung am Lieferdatum ist zwingend erforderlich! Sie können uns auch Ihren Wunschliefertermin im Voraus mitteilen.
Transportschäden müssen unverzüglich nach der Anlieferung der Ware schriftlich gemeldet werden.

I need the product badly. What can I do?

The delivery by Credit Card or Postcard is basically the fastest way because we don't have to wait for the incoming payments.

If you pay in advance there is a possibility of an express transfer (works only if you own a post-account with Yellownet-access).
Basically it's possible to get the product at the same day for a fee.

We check every day our account and deliver immediately after the incoming payments.
